To build and run the best sports/fitness program for you, we recommend on-site coaching by our coaching team for 30-60 minutes, once or twice a week. The schedule is customized to each client’s school day and budget.
We use a range of familiar sporting equipment in South Africa namely: Soccer, Netball, Cricket, Athletics, Tennis, Hockey and Rugby. The aim is to create a love for sports and fitness and then slowly understand the “real-life” application of our lessons.
We believe that every child grows at their own pace that’s why we provide equipment to each student to promote maximum playtime.
We also believe in learning through play, so the more play the better.
