SPORTS & FITNESS CLASSES
INTRO TO SPORTS & FITNESS
Through fun holistic coaching, we introduce our players to the practice of sports and physical development.
We use the following sports equipment to achieve this:
Soccer, Netball, Hockey, Rugby and Tennis
These classes are once a week for 30 minutes, all equipment is provided by us and classes take place at your school, venue.
SATURDAY SOCCER SESSIONS
We are inviting boys and girls ages 4-14 any amount of experience.
By creating an early passion for self improvement through play-time experiences, using the application of tactical awareness and skills development our players have the best chance of success
