My short time at the B-Active Group:

From the moment I walked in for my first interview, the good vibes and contagious energy from the team was undeniable. I immediately felt a sense of welcoming and warmth from each member of B-Active. Right off the bat, the constant assistance and help throughout my first month of coaching really was so beneficial, and the thorough follow ups and support really made doing my job to the best of my ability a lot easier.

The coaching itself is as rewarding as many coaches would know, and if you're new to coaching, the sense of reward that you get from this job is something special. Getting to know new kids on the daily and watching them grow from week to week and building bonds with them is something only you'd have to experience to know what I'm speaking about. Along with that, the sense of togetherness from the team is second to none. In my short time in the company I had felt like I'd been part of the "family" for years and some of the bonds I already had built made me feel like I was apart of something good in the world.

In conclusion, if you have a passion for coaching and you're looking for a coaching job that is rewarding in more ways than just money, you're in the right place with B-Active, there's a long list of people wanting to work at the company and I understand why. The feedback and love that parents and staff at schools give, isn't for no reason and they're the best at what they do because of the hard work and dedication that goes on behind the scenes. I absolutely loved every moment spent in this company and I have no doubt anyone who joins will have the same feeling as I did.
