We have come up with a way to allow your children to be not only exposed to their family’s healthy habits but even learn some new ones of their own!
Allow our experienced team to coach and entertain your little ones between 07:00-12:00 every Saturday while you participate in one of the many choices of social fitness activities offered at our awesome venues.

ADULT OFFERS/SERVICES
Using this amazing venue to create a unique social fitness club , we will appoint a committee to assist us in successfully hosting the following sports codes for our adult’s members:
We are not only going to be a ”Pit Stop” for our members , but also host “leagues/team events’ and even assist in fundraising to allow the members to create the environment they feel best for them.

We are all about promoting a healthy , active lifestyle and we believe it is never too early to start!
The B-Active Group will be coaching and entertaining our little members from 7:00-12:00 either through our Juniors Club or B-Active Sports

B-Active Juniors Club:
This is for children of all ages, our team who are safety trained and experienced in working with children will supervise our little members with the B-Active Group’s creative and innovative content or equipment.
B-Active Sports:
This is an advanced program to educate and develop our members on 5 different sport codes namely (Soccer, Hockey, Rugby, Tennis, Netball)
We will provide our members with age appropriate time slots to attend these 45-minute classes

Online Adventure Fitness Episodes (Children):
Included in our Members fees, we have an exciting offer to join in on our creative, interactive and fun, fitness focused episodes – 5 times a week.
Adult Amateur Fitness Classes:
We are proud to not only accommodate children but now the whole family.
Adult amateur fitness classes are held 5 times a week – included for all of our members .
This is a great addition to any group creating a community and love for family activities.
Team Building/Leadership identification events:
These events are great to boost the spirit, identify leaders, improve communication and teamwork.
Our overall goal is to improve your work environment, ethic and morale.
